QUARRIES
Bao Lai is exploiting and developing a total of nine white marble quarries in Luc Yen Commune in Yen Bai Province, Vietnam. This is an area with the largest reserve of high-quality white marble in Vietnam. White marble in these reserves is exceptionally white, low in impurities and diverse in patterns style. Vietnam white marble will be the best choice for residents and commercial venues.
Bao Lai white marble quarries have been exploited since November 2011 with a total exploitation area of approximately 100 ha. A total resource of 27,6 Million cubic meters (Mm3) of white marble could be roughly estimated in the quarries license area that corresponds to approximately 74 million tons.
Bao Lai white marble quarries are fully equipped with the most advanced machinery all imported from Italy and other European countries. Bao Lai Marble believes that innovation leads to success and have invested tremendously in modern technology to apply in production. White marble, in general, requires heavy machines throughout the production, from transporting, cutting, to polishing. The equipment includes:

FACTORY
Bao Lai has two factories focusing on processing Vietnam white marble mined from our own quarries. One of them is located in Pho Noi B Industrial Park, Nghia Hiep Commune, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam; the other is in Yen Binh Commune, Yen Bai Province, Vietnam. These locations are particularly favorable for the transportation of blocks from our quarries in Luc Yen Commune, Yen Bai and to Hai Phong seaport, for the processing of blocks into slabs, and our entire system management.
The total area of the factories is more than 50,000 m2. The factories capacity is 1,000,000 m2/year.

It is estimated that when putting into the stable operation phase, these mines will produce 18,000m3 of blocks of white marble per annum and both processing plants will produce 700,000m2 of natural white marble, 500,000m2 of artificial white marble, 1,000,000 tons of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) powder and 300,000 tons of plastic chips from white marble per annum.
